I was so fucking socially isolated in middle school and high school that I was honestly out of touch with reality (at least until i socialized a little senior year). Everyone else was out fucking and partying and i was rotting with vidya and TV and daydreaming.

being ugly in your teen years is the worst thing that can happen. even if teen love is overrated or whatever you miss out on normal human experiences.
