Honestly Idk how you even have the strength to go to school if that's what you're doing.
As a ltn I still socialize and I have friends that I can spend time with in school, you gotta nt maxx and get friends otherwise school is not a place you can exist in without constantly thinking about roping

Had that problem, it usually happens when I get excited while socializing cause I'm alone most of the time.
A quick fix is to stop talking and observing more, raise the amount of words you speak gradually until you're accepted by them and then you can talk pretty freely, but still not too much or they'll think you're weird

oversocializaiton expectations. they condition you from a young age to never separate from the crowd. public schooling has been an absolute disaster. you will be better off getting a home schooling exemption and go watch high iq channels on the internet.

k though 12/primary education really isn't that important and the material can be condensed down to a few weeks of youtube videos.

I don't know, I don't live in US, we don't have a lunch break in schools and there are no cafeterias. If you're hungry, you just bring your own snacks and eat them between courses.
