Who else had their bad skin go away by itself?

Im not saying I got perfect skin rn but I'll prolly get 2 bumps appear at the same time randomly maybe each 2 weeks, that's pretty much it, I used to have pretty bad

skin though when I used products on my face/ even cleaned it really

my older sister still has a pretty big amount so I guess unfortunate for her/good luck? but yeah it went away on its own once I stopped stressing at all about skin, its prolly cause she wears a bunch of makeup I bet?

my hygiene is I'd say worse then its even been, not like its super bad but I take a shower each 2 days usually instead of one and I haven't used any products on my face or hair for a while only body wash all I use, and I don't wash my hands at all unless I'm going in public and they smell bad (has to be both rules at same time)

I don't even wipe sweat off after working out (rare I'm lazy) or doing any activities (also kinda rare :/)

anybody else had the same thing? I'd assume its common. it came back temporarily when I was throwing up on purpose but after I stopped cause it makes u you look a bit worse, though it does save a lot of calories, it went away again right away

tldr: who else had their skin become relatively clear one they stopped using products on it at all or barely does it mean I got low test or something

I never had truly bad skin, only a couple bumps here n there, pretty decently lucky with skin genes it seems

what was it like? do you actually use bleach or what?

i haven't seen much black people do it and have it look real good, I'd assume it works if done right though maybe I should actually read stuff posted in looksmaxxing section

i mean this is more common than you think, a lot of people have skin issues resolved when they become older simply because like, they make small habits that compound and body starts overproducing certain hormones.

i got like hella smooth baby skin just eating carnivore before but now i use accutane and eat goyslop all day so its still good
