Glycogen depleted and looking flat. Only time I look good is with a pump. Gotta power through it the difference starts to come at 8-10% bf when you look rly shredded. Fuark brah lol

Doing EOD fasting with higher cals on eating days next week
I wonder if you should look into high carb refeed days or have a good pump pre workout if you don’t already
 
I'm doing a quick cut before starting my blast cycle. AAS work best at a low bf%
what's your cycle rn? I'm doing 750mg test c for 20 weeks + 100mg anadrol (first 4 and last 4 weeks) + 30mg anavar last 4 weeks

well if u bulk slowly that does not happen overnight and if leanness fades slowly you dont even notice

500 test 16-20 weeks with 30-50 mg Anavar last 4 weeks

but losing cuts doesnt mean getting fat and you know it
actually if u have good insulin sensitivity you dont get much bloat from carbs
I am a proponent of high carb diets, even on a cut one can afford so many carbs that they can be full while lean, especially on roids

For all the fellow gymcels in here, when do you plan to stop bulking and just maintain a lean physique yearround?

If we’re being honest, we’re the most attractive at the end of a cut. But instead of maintaining our peak, most of us bulk very shortly after instead of reaping the rewards.

Especially for guys who roid, you already have enough size to appeal to the majority of women. We’re looksmaxxers. Not competitive physique athletes/bodybuilders, so do you think we’re honestly doing ourselves a disservice by spending the majority of the year fatter and more bloated than whats ideal?

Yeah it might be helpful I’m bumping my carb intake up a bit on the weekends but trying to stay within my calorie range

Yes because of the facial definition and sharpness. Looking smaller in clothes is inevitable, but I think this is something us lifters really allow to fuck with our heads when in reality, thats when we’re the most attractive to women.

More size is better when lean, but once that size comes with fat/bloat that affects your face, it reduces your attractiveness imo. This is why Im starting to lean against bulking in the context of looksmaxxing UNLESS the person can do so with zero to very very minimal fat gain.

As much as the fitness community says that gaining muscle without putting on fat is impossible, I have to disagree because I’ve seen friends do so in front of my eyes using SARMS and test

Also on gear you can hold enough muscle while lean

gotta self administer dopamine to counter the shit feeling, its why cutting is so hard(if you got muscle), smoking, drinking or cocaine lol, they all do it, cope for a cope its how it works, a rare few with the passion for the game of bodybuilding can dial it down and suffer but without some extra help youll never reach the end goal

Thx man cut is going well! Face is looking much leaner and muscles are more defined. So far just using low dose adderall coffee and Diet Coke
 
If you're willing to Auschwitz Maxx then I suggest you go on sarms while Auschwitz maxxing
