I also think that most of the mental illnes stuff isnt real and complete bullshit.
In my opinion Social anxiety doesnt really exist.
U just isolated urself for too long cause of trauma or something and transformed urself into a pussy. Therapy never really helped me, in the end i realized that it was all in my head and i had to tell myself, that its not real and i have to stop being a pussy.
