if theres no flash or bright light nearby I look like dog shit. But I look fine in the mirror? Any1 else have this?

Many people just have skin that looks unnatural when photographed using blue shifted indoor lighting combined with the photo receptors in modern digital cameras. Those people have to be photographed outdoors in natural diffused lighting. And/or spend a lot of money on professional diffused lighting rigs.
