My vote: Boomhauer

Bill is out of the question because he's obese and bald

Dale is out of the question because he's bald

Hank is out of the question because even though he has his hair (and has a smaller belly than Bill), he's still fat

So that leaves Boomhauer. Boomhauer has all his hair and only has a small belly (smaller than Hank's belly)
