They worked for me, but I had to use an appetite supressant (EC stack). Otherwise my hunger becomes too much and I binge, completely reversing the process.

Works if it's very lean red meat, coffee, & lemon juice. I sometimes do this unintentionally when overworked & on adderall binge or on business trip or sm.

what type of business trips do you take bro?

Its easy, I do like lolipops for it cuz they taste good and I take my mind off food while also dedicating an hour of cardio a day. Dropped like 10 lbs in a week like that no joke.

i just did push pull legs for workout routine, no supplements. I would wake up at 6:00, leave for school, get home at 4:00. Eat a chicken breast at 4:00, and then at 7:00 eat whatever my mom cooks. also a 130cal protein shake late at night.

yes i’ve dropped 7lb in a week (most is water ik) from eating 800 cals below maintenance with 20k steps and 10 mins of jump rope a day
bro i did 800 for 3 days and i almost faint

1400kcal diet worked for me so far, lost 2kg in a couple weeks. but idk if my metabolism is gonna crash. My protein/fibre intake is high, and I'm having all the vitamins I need. am I still fucked?

1400 doesnt seem that crazy, but don't go too long with that deficit

How long should I stick with it?
not an expert but max 2 months, then 2 or 3 weeks eating at maintenance and then back to your low calorie diet, till your goal

2 months seems way too long, probably gonna start to go into maintenance anyway because I reached my goal weight
I just weighed myself this morning and I'm 61.4kg. Was 66kg when I started. Thought I only lost 2kg because the scale said I was 64kg before, I guess its because I weighed myself after I had eaten my main meal + drank 2L of water. Anyway 4.6kg weight loss in 2 and a bit weeks is fucking insane, especially considering I wasn't overweight when I started. Fucking metabolism pills + 1000 calorie deficit will do wonders for you

metabolism pills? :feelsgiga: and congrats bro

black coffee and nicotine will help a lot

Also lift heavy + 30 mins of cardio minimum each day

Drink lots of water

The key is learning to make it fun, eat high volume, low calorie foods. There are lots of cool recipes online and u can even make protein ice creams and desserts to hit your cravings, which still maintaining good overall macros

High fibre is key, if you don't get like 60g of fibre in your diet you'll feel very hungry all the time

I follow PPL (push, pull, legs) which is chest, shoulders, triceps on push day, back, biceps, forearms (optional) on pull day, and legs on leg day. U can throw abs in there if u want but I just let compounds act as my ab workout.

But I would recommend u experiment with different splits to see what works best with your schedule. Some splits cycle in less days but require longer sessions, while others are shorter sessions but may have 5-6 days of different groups in the split.

Another one is the classic chest, back, shoulders + arms, legs split

Pretty much this. If you don't take anything serious for appetite supression you'll just end up binge eating because you'll be overcome by hunger.

its simple. leave the countries where everyone is fat and encourages you to overeat. stop eating goyslop. natural and works 100%

wich one did u use?

Probably nobody long term. Just diet down like a normal person and workout

I did 800 cals for a week or so. Vyvanse and coffee helped a lot ngl

Silly.
Fibre is the ultimate anti health.
DO NOT consume fibre unless it’s whole fruit. Absolutely shocking advice.
The actual key is high protein and a relative lack of sugar (obviously no sugar alcohols unless you want depression on top of your leaky gut caused by fibre)
