Who has a guide on bonesmashing? I want more zygos and more jaw

just get a dense and hard object and hit your zygos with as much strength as your wrists can manage all around for example i use an amethyst rock lol. i dont recommend bonesmashing jaw tho theres veins on both sides of your jaw if you hit them itll be over i saw someone have permanent swelling from bonesmashing jaw and hitting those veins.

if you really want jaw gains that bad you can do it but just be careful
