I think its a small but noticeable improvement especially in dimer lighting wgen they usually dont pop as much

Massage them with a wet warm rugged towel and use any moisturizer or petroleum jelly on them.
That’s for maintaining but if you wanna get fuller lips you’ll need filler or a lip lift anything else is cope, you can fat graft cause there is no fat in your lip.
