Not a huge difference between both. It depends on your features. Some blacks look better with dark skin. Others with light skin.

It's not a huge factor for black guys SMV. They mostly need dimorphism, size and BBC for appeal. A short, feminine and frail looking black guy with small dick is screwed.

Not sure on that one but black guys really prioritize light skin black females. When they bring up black females the first thing they ask is if she is light skin.
