Depends how ugly, but from what I understand there's a huge disparity in the swipe rate between men and women. Any woman above average will be able to use tinder to essentially select which man she wants to talk to. This is because most men (except chads) will be swipe right >50% of the time in order to increase their odds. Normies of all tiers to will often resort to swiping right on ugly women due to their low match rate.

I'd say it depends on how ugly the woman is, but it's feasible that an ugly woman could achieve more swipes than a chad.
