idk about the molecular differences between viagra and cialis, but 5mg is just the standard dose. I'm taking 2,5mg cialis daily and shit has been pretty sweet for me. Cialis also doesnt have any major side effects. performance anxiety is pretty normal and its most likely the issue but cialis wont hurt.
