I know what you mean I'm just saying that it's impossible to tell because of proportions

If you have someone who's 5ft6 with a 18 inch should to shoulder and took a pic

Then had someone of 6ft6 and took a photo but they had a 22inch shoulder to shoulder

The 6ft6 would be wider but if you showed to pics off them from diffrent perspectives you wouldn't be able to tell which was wider

But if I had to pick based on proportions of the pic I'd have to say the skinny guy looks to have batter proportions cause if he had the same musle size he'd be bigger his frame is better and the jacked guy is probably wider slightly but only cause the extra muscle if they were the same muscle mass the skinny guy would have a wider frame
