It’s literally all genetics. Eat enough protein. Eat around your calories. That’s fckin it. Take any random workout routine out of the internet for free or buy the David laid one. I heard that’s quite good and cheap. But why waste the money when it’s nothing different. There is literally not more to it.

only thing that might be helpful to Have knowledge in is steroids if you wanna do them but I got no clue about that.

i dont need guide im lifting 5 months got good form, i just have specific questions about my plan

im skinny enough, 70kg at 177cm, around 15-16% BF but I have witcher's metabolism (giga fast)

I dont even cardio, I only do like 6.5km/h walk on treadmill to raise my heartrate. I remember when 10km/h used to be very hard for me, and now its like just walking.

Literally all you need to look like that is get to 10% bodyfat and be Able to do 10 pullups and 20 pushups. That's it jfl

Then get strong at pullups, they're the most effective exercise overall for aesthetics. I'd say if you want to keep things really simple then focus on this:

1. Get to 10-12% bodyfat.
2. Build up to doing 10 pullups
3. Build up to doing 25 pushups
4. Do a lot of volume on side lateral raises and bicep curls for more aesthetics
5. If you care about legs too then do high volume single leg squats and single leg hip thrusts

jfl, if you had a giga fast metabolism then you'd always have been shredded like me
I did 300mg of dextromethorphan and after 4 hours I've been fully sober
Shredded as fk
