I dont even cardio, I only do like 6.5km/h walk on treadmill to raise my heartrate. I remember when 10km/h used to be very hard for me, and now its like just walking.Can basically ignore cardio for the most part then tbh
Literally all you need to look like that is get to 10% bodyfat and be Able to do 10 pullups and 20 pushups. That's it jflto look like this shirtless

Then get strong at pullups, they're the most effective exercise overall for aesthetics. I'd say if you want to keep things really simple then focus on this:i can't do even 1 pullup nigga
I did 300mg of dextromethorphan and after 4 hours I've been fully soberjfl, if you had a giga fast metabolism then you'd always have been shredded like me
