I wouldn’t say I’m bluepilled but I do live in a bluepill/redpill country. The less developed a country is, the less blackpilled it will be, and this is quite for a few good reasons.

When you compare a less developed country (let’s say Bulgaria) to a more developed country (let’s say Germany) you will instantly notice that the latter has more good looking people, which, in turn, raises the beauty standards (making the more developed country more blackpilled)

Another reason would be that women don’t have time to care about looks when the average family can barely afford to pay rent, of course, you’ll choose the man who can provide you good living conditions, not the man with a better gonial angle.
