23andme is good as far as i heard too yes
i dont know about that youtuber but my friends were fucking around with the raw data and extracting genomes as far as a micropenis gene (???)
there are free platforms where you can import your dna's raw data so i believe you can extract many traits from it if micro peepee is one of them
just need to make sure your package involves the raw data
