combine it with dutasteride for better results+take oral minoxidl instead of topicalThread title
I use both. As do many people without regrowth. Minoxidil is still the kingdut + ru or rope
Did u notice it thickening thin areas?it helped me somewhat, you have to use it for a long time and the effect reverses when you stop though so if youre 21+ just use finasteride
Dont start, too much workThread title
it stopped and reversed temporal recession somewhat, but its not some wonderdrug. takes awhile to work, maybe microneedling added on would produce better results.Did u notice it thickening thin areas?
Is ru really worth to add?dut + ru or rope
I use dutDont start, too much work
get on dut and microneedle weekly and forget about it
dut is sufficient aloneIs ru really worth to add?
On the temples too?I did. Density was top tier.
Worth a go, especially topicalStill a dogshit drug.
??
womp womp
Yes.On the temples too?
As you wish bro.Worth a go, especially topical
He is NW -1 anywaySome get great scalp gains, others don’t. Don’t think @imontheloose scalp got any major improvements, or improvement at all on oral.
The NW isn’t relevant. You aren’t going to grow new hairs, just manly thicken existing.
if youre okay with oral min then go aheadMin would probably improve it
I've seen your pics and your hairline is ideal tbh , just dut for mantainance and maybe bit of regrowth is all you needI use dut
Microneedling without min is cope
My loss is minor so it’s not a big deal, but I wanna see if I can reverse it
It helped me in the first few weeks and then my hairline just kept getting recessedThread title
Thinning into nw2 = nw2The NW isn’t relevant. You aren’t going to grow new hairs, just manly thicken existing.
wait really? I thought min was for the thickness of the hair. And fin was for actual hairline regrowthObviously good results, but u can still tell the area that filled in is fuzzy and short
Min would probably improve it
Also some rare people get hairline gains with fin and dut
That’s not enough time for regrowthIt helped me in the first few weeks and then my hairline just kept getting recessed
Fin is for maintaining. Studies show increased hair counts, but for the hairline that seems like cope for most people, based on how many people use it. Probably really small insignificant hairswait really? I thought min was for the thickness of the hair. And fin was for actual hairline regrowth
In what way?yeah you will
Oh my god..... nigga I'm ordering this shit right now if that's trueFin is for maintaining. Studies show increased hair counts, but for the hairline that seems like cope for most people, based on how many people use it. Probably really small insignificant hairs
Min is for growing new hairs but mainly reversing miniaturisation
On the scalpdont apply minox, your collagen will get depleted temporarily and maybe even permanently
It is true, but u still need fin to maintainOh my god..... nigga I'm ordering this shit right now if that's true
yea it'll ruin not just the area where u apply it. people have anecdotally said it worsens undereyes and makes the skin look drierOn the scalp
I’m still on it. Almost 20 weeksThat’s not enough time for regrowth
+ castor oil + RUAnd were u on min alone at the time?
even with topical? Howyea it'll ruin not just the area where u apply it. people have anecdotally said it worsens undereyes and makes the skin look drier
I think u can keep the gains even after hopping off if uve done it long enough 2+ yearsit helped me somewhat, you have to use it for a long time and the effect reverses when you stop though so if youre 21+ just use finasteride
Then it’s probably just sheddingI’m still on it. Almost 20 weeks
+ castor oil + RU
Bro read my original commentThen it’s probably just shedding
topicalTopical or oral min?
Bro read my original comment
Sounds like u meant it stopped workingIt helped me in the first few weeks and then my hairline just kept getting recessed
I thought you meant something else my badSounds like u meant it stopped working
Think that’s rare. Also, dark undereyes mog. Puffy undereyes, not so muchyea it'll ruin not just the area where u apply it. people have anecdotally said it worsens undereyes and makes the skin look drier
it probably is uncommon but i personally wouldnt risk it. id rather take fin or something else which regrows hair thats safer. they did an invitro study on rats and found minox does deplete collagen production tho. lifeisgood72, a former user, said it depletes collagen and made many threads on it.Think that’s rare. Also, dark undereyes mog. Puffy undereyes, not so much
It would go away after stopping minit probably is uncommon but i personally wouldnt risk it. id rather take fin or something else which regrows hair thats safer
id just stop taking it immediately if you notice your skin changingIt would go away after stopping min
I already take fin and dut, but min is the best for regrowth
When applied in your scalp???yea it'll ruin not just the area where u apply it. people have anecdotally said it worsens undereyes and makes the skin look drier
yeaWhen applied in your scalp???
I’ve heard of bad skin and under eyes when applied to your brows, but to your scalp bro?
a few users here and on reddit said it worsened their undereyes. i can think of lifeisgood72 and 5foot8paki (deleted users)I’ve heard of bad skin and under eyes when applied to your brows, but to your scalp bro?
I personally never saw changes tbh. That’s weird
how does tretinoin help topical minox on scalp? im on .05% topical rn i didnt know the two had synergyU can try tretinoin before applying minox as it may help
It apparently helps increase sulfotransferase enzyme which is what converts minoxidil into minoxidil sulphate, which is the active formhow does tretinoin help topical minox on scalp? im on .05% topical rn i didnt know the two had synergy
interesting, i gotta knowIt apparently helps increase sulfotransferase enzyme which is what converts minoxidil into minoxidil sulphate, which is the active form
1. Yesinteresting, i gotta know
1. how would you combine the two, could i just apply my tret on my hairline and then apply minoxidil on it?
2. any drawbacks from long-term/short-term usage?
Wtf is RU?dut + ru or rope
