Do you lot hear complete dead silence when in a quiet setting? Or a faint buzz?

I have a cold and notice it a little bit rn
Don't think I usually do
It's almost like constant crickets chirping, but it's not too bad

I do, mildly. You get used to it.

Ye I can't remember when I got it
I think I remember hearing it faintly before, but not much
I might've gotten it from a concert when I didn't wear earplugs, but I might've also had it before that

Does it get worse when u have a cold/stuffy nose?
Cos I'm noticing it now and idk if it's cos it's actually louder or I'm just paying attention to it

I got mine from using jackhammers and chainsaws for years with no protection. I used to work when I was younger lol, not so much now.

I woulf stop stimulating your ears. Just give it a big rest for a year. Its like training with an ankle that's messed up.
