Building muscle like me does not give you female appeal. If anything, it makes females more scared of you and it makes men more scared of you even more. However, since I've been losing weight, I've been getting a lot more attention around me because losing weight and being lean is all that matters for women. So basically take the muscle mass that I have right now. Approximately 70% of it and then the rest being lean would be just enough and perfect. That's my current goal is to literally force myself to lose the muscle that I gained and instead get as extremely lean as possible. Of course, I'm still gonna maintain my delts.
