my masseters are very big (4 cm thickness in total because of bruxism and chewing) and they are making my mandible rounded. I dont think I need fillers, my jawline is already a V without the masseters and the fat making it rounded.

But I think Rhino has to be done in the end. Any change in the maxilla can affect your nose / nasal bone.

Hes looks massive relative to what he was prior which is good. I know when i started roid maxxing and i gained like 35lbs i got huge but gained atleast 10-15lbs of unneeded weight that i noticed after my first cut. But hes doing a good job w the gains so im happy for him
