Have u actually lost hair or just a big forehead? If u have, start minoxidil now, and maybe low dose topical fin, and then oral fin in a couple of years

From Feb 2023 to Nov 2024, very little. Probs averaged like 0.25 mg every 3 days. Since then, 1 mg a day

Your temples aren't bad actually. If you're shedding on dut, it's highly likely that its temporary. Give it a little more time maybe

I'm tempted to get a transplant around Christmas time, but I know it's probably best to give more time to see if dut and RU can provide any thickening. It's just obviously I'd have to take time off work etc

I went water only
Hair was waxy after washing for a couple of weeks, but got better. Washed my hair with shampoo 8 days ago for a hair transplant consultation and it left it too soft and floppy. Haven't used shampoo since and it's better again. But I'll use shampoo every so often if I need to, e.g. for another consultation
