it seems they fuck up a lot on making this product, hard to find one with very good reviews on iherb. I found this one:
I was seeing it on iherb, and it seems that there are some brands with bad reviews, others with good reviews.
I found some people saying it did nothing, but since there are a lot who says its good, it may be good.
i think this people who say it does nothing may have a bad nutrition/lifestyle etc;
I wanted to take that california gold that prettyboymaxxing takes and said it gave him a good red tone, but I can't find this one available anywhere. I live in Brazil as u know.
So, who here takes this shit ? How much? Take with fat ? Animal fat ? Say it all please.
