I can’t speak for Pagoni as I have never used him.

However, I question his ethics doing a bimax on the guy who is clearly mentally ill and didn't need it. This could of ended badly as I have heard of so many suicide cases with a bimax.

I am going with Dr Ramieri, extremely well trained, trained using the latest techniques, well priced, values aesthetics, communication with him is excellent we talk on whatsapp. Nice person to talk to.

However, if you do not need a bimax then don't get it for the sake of it. It's a brutal surgery.

If you want peace of mind consult with a few surgeons for an opinion, also find the high IQ members on here and ask for their advice (most have left )
