Overthinking has flooded my body with cortisol on so many occasions. I remember once I had a pimple on my dick and was convinced I had penile cancer and it had to be amputated. I also once was convinced I had diabetes because of a few minor symptoms and forced my dad to get me checked at the hospital. Right now because of an incident that happened earlier I am convinced that I’m gonna get evicted

I also had HOCD for like 8 months a few years ago (OCD where your brain thinks it is gay and you’ve been faking straightness this entire time). Genuinely one of the most depressing periods ever
