its been going good, starting to see my hollow cheeks only when I flex them though. Rn im craving junk food + sweets but I have to get back to my tyrone lite statues. I went on a crazy bulk and put on hella muscle, will not be bulking again, I will get to 11 % bf than stop. Im about to take yohimbine than go do cardio once I wake up. i also box and burn shit load of calories that way.
