Women are not indifferent to wanting sex. Social norms is what makes women coy. While I would say there are differences in male and female sex drive its probably like a womans 5/7 sex drive vs a guys 7/7 sex drive. The idea that a healthy woman would have a low sex drive is cope. From a reproductive standpoint, males with higher sex drives will reproduce more. For women their sex drive is important but less relevant.

Lets say a woman has a 7/7 sex drive. She has sex everyday. She wont have more then 15 offspring. A woman with a 3/7 sex drive will probably produce the same amount of offspring. A guy with a 7/7 sex drive could produce alot more babies then a man with a lower sex drive.

tl;dr both sexes have high sex drive. Its just men have higher sex drives because it will increase reproductive success more then a woman.
