Do your own research

thats literally what research is
Nah, you're asking to have precious info served to you on a silver platter, without any effort on your part.

Doing your own research would involve :
- reading this subforum long enough, delving into past threads
- checking out r/jawsurgery
- subscribing to FB groups dedicated to orthognathics in your country
- browsing surgeons' feeds on Instagram

... and that's the bare minimum. If you really want to be thorough, you will also go through medical literature and whatever scientific content you can put your hands on.

That's how you will come up with a curated list of surgeons, and, eventually, you'll pick the one who suits you best because of surgical planning, portfolio of results similar to your personal case, bedside manner, price, etc.

Keep in mind that many users here would rather gatekeep the name of their favorite surgeons to prevent any hype and subsequent price hikes. If, as suggested, you read this forum long enough and delve into past threads, you will come across the most popular "forum surgeons" ; but they are not necessarily "the best" for you. That's why you have to put in the work and do your own research instead of expecting to be served the info like a lazy retard.

Derek steinbacher. Easy. Some of the best results every damn time plants in america so the care is phenomenal

I personally like Derek. He's an arrogant high iq turboaspie who will attempt anything including all types of implants, and his bedside manner is so autistic and cold all his female patients get ptsd from his follow up care. But his aesthetic eye isn't the best imo, and apparently he's been having some issues with non-unions?
