Who is the best maxillofacial surgeon in the world?

I have worked my fucking ass off for the past 7 years, and I'm finally at a good position in a Venture Capital firm after working 2 years in Investment Banking. I've made a lot of money with my personal investments as well. I can easily afford any surgery from any surgeon in the world.

I want the fucking best. I don't want the best in my country, I want the best in the world. I've heard of Eppley, Pagnoni, Defrancq and they might be the best in the world but I've heard some bad stories about them too.

Those who have gotten surgery here on this website, please tell me your experience, and who in your opinion is the best.
