Who is the best surgeon for zygo implants?

So, from what I've seen, Pagnoni and Eppley are two most popular custom implants surgeons. I would ideally want to achieve the look that the PSL god Saiyan did, and I am aware that Eppley did that one. However, I've also seen that Eppley has quite a negative reputation for some reason, while at the same time I saw one user who got very good zygo results with Pagnoni as well. Pagnoni is described as a better person and talkative but tbf idc about that aspect that much as long as they listen enough to understand what I want to achieve.

That being said, what other surgeons, or which one between these two should I pick to achieve prominent yet natural looking zygo looks similar to Saiyan's?

I would say Saiyans Eppley implant was an outliar in how great it turned out. Pagnoni mogs usually.

Yeah, Saiyan really was an outliar in gener but the problem is that there aren't many pictures of zygo implants results in the first place. There was one guy here who got a bit more conservative yet very natural and prominent zygos with Pagnoni in style of Eppley, and I found one more guy who achieved good 3/4 with Eppley too. Idk if you are interested in zygo implants at all, if you are I could find the users. If there was a bigger source of zygo implant results, I could decide a bit easier

There are way too many uncanny botches from Eppley for me to ever go to him tbh.

yeah lmao there were some abominations, but i tried to justify that with the fact that those are custom implants and maybe braindead people designed them. I wish to have a surgeon who would tell me in advance that I am wrong and not turn me into a plastic doll after making me spend 15k dollars

Imo bone mogs implants which is why I'm doing primarily bimax + genio. But for things like infras I would need to do implants since I refuse to do a lefort 2 and I'm pretty sure it's practically impossible to find a surgeon willing to do it cosmetically.

Yeah bone will always mog implants, but as far as I know you can't expect that much of a bone difference above lower third with surgeries. I am primarily interested in zygos and undereye area, so implants are a must.

A lot of the botched eppley implants are because the patients are retarded and ask for too much. If you're reasonable you can have good results. Though that's more for chin, idk about zygos

Yeah but imo the surgeon should be able to atleast give an estimate of what something will look like, and some of the results are just waay too uncanny for a good surgeon

Still, Saiyan's ones ended up so good that I still consider him a possibility

Tnx, that was the guy who I was referring to. His results made me rethink Eppley in the first place, as before that I knew only about him and I've seen the huge difference between his best and worst takes. In conclusion, it seems like Eppley isn't really interfering with the process, and just lets you do your thing while designing, while Pagnoni cooperates more
