Khabib 1 dimensional, but very very good, over hyped due to being Muslim.

Gsp was great, but after I think the Hughes or serra fight was never the same, boring and struggled.

Prob put silva next, if not for the first chael fight.

Then if u take out longevity, which is dead concept in MMA imo, along with silva and GSP could argue Cain, stipe, liddell, nunes - they all were complete and some level of maintaining it.
