It’s not the doctor who designs the implants, it’s the designers at the company. For American surgeons it’s 3D Systems Inc. for Italian Surgeons it’s 3Dific.

I have done over a hundred implants as well, wait for my video review of cases.

Do you show before and afters and videos of your patients in motion (if we book a consult)? I am starting to see why this forum praises you now, but I fear these results will look uncanny when we move or talk.

Yes I have pictures from many angles, and videos. The old overly angular implants were uncanny from some angles. That’s because the Italian engineers are designing in a spline-based CAD software (which I also have, but I combine multiple softwares in my workflow for the best end product.)

Bonesmashing can give these same results for the price of a 12 oz. metal hammer at a general store + 2 months of dedication.

The only things you get surgery for are things like nose and MAJOR bone lacking/recession.

Unfortunately, there are no implant designers who have both

1) an extensive catalog of before/after images, and
2) consistently good results.

The best results I've seen are probably from Ramieri, but who knows how many ugly/mediocre results he has that just aren't posted online.
