to someone like Barrett for example who looks like a literal Alien

To better illustrate my point ,if women saw someone like Drago they would think he was an obvious Catfish and

i agree, the problem with barrett i think as he lost his the fat in his face, his striking features just became more visible and prominent and his youthful fat was lost which leads to him looking like a hollow corpse today.
