Don't know how he does it. I can feel my lifeforce being zapped every time I click on any of these shitty threads. He's built different for being able to tolerant this site at such an old age

Serious. Do you want some fatherly advice?
:lul: Holy shit thats crazy dude

I cant even fathom the thought of being 40
But I hope everything is well with you

Could you tell me some things you wish you knew earlier in your late teens/early twenties or perhaps something that you regret doing/not doing

I wish I had started meditating and running earlier. Meditating is good for self knowledge. It kinda shines a light on your own bullshit. Like, normally you'll be able to get away with lying to yourself, but when you're meditating, it just becomes too obvious that you're lying to yourself, making excuses or whatever.

Running is just good for mental health, discipline, energy levels, physical health, pain tolerance, etc. Inb4 some retard posts a picture of a competitive marathon runner who runs 150 miles a week looking like shit like it has anything to do with running 15 miles a week. Yeah, run in the evening so you don't get sunburned. I wish I had never allowed myself to get sunburned and started wearing sunscreen earlier.

Other than that I wish I hadn't wasted so much time. Like, you are going to be 40, and it's probably going to happen sooner than you think. I wish I had faced fears earlier on. I wish I had gotten my bimax earlier.

If there's any big problems in your life, solve them as soon as possible.

Like it's all obvious shit you've heard a million times and sounds cliche and corny. My advice is to take it seriously rather than dismissing it.

The biggest mistake I ever made was my ex-gf though. We were together 10 years. I don't know what I should have done. I ruined the relationship but it cost me dearly. But then I'm like, would I really want to be married to her? I don't know. I don't think so. So what's the lesson? Don't date a girl for a long time unless you are sure you want to spend the rest of your life with her? But then part of me thinks maybe I should have married her, that I just didn't appreciate what I had. I was too arrogant. But then the doubts start creeping back in.

Great value bro bookmarked

Gonna start implementing those in my schedule

I think what was meant to happend happend with your ex its not a good idea to dwell on the past because its simply not something you can change

And im sure if you were "arrogant" it was probably for a reason, if you were meant to marry her you would have when it was appropriate. I also think no matter how poorly you may have treated her if she wanted you as a husband she would have made it known or atleast made an effort. Either way I dont know the full story but so i can't comment but one thing I know for certain is that dwelling on the past never ends well.
