tbh i consumed like 1.5-2k calories daily, frequently even less from 11.5-15 and i have only started growing noticeably since like late 15/early 16 after i started eating more

16 and 5’11 55kg rn people say i look younger facially and my physique actually looks youngcel asf

Im 16 yrs 11 months and still growing taller I was basically in the same position as you calorie wise for a large portion of my life especially during the lockdown. Recently I have started Getting a goatee and more masculine features. ( my brother had a full grown beard at around 16 yrs and 8 months) . Also I started experimenting with ais around 1 year ago but they weren’t potent and were natural so that might’ve had a part.

how tall are you rn? im certain ill grow to be tall because all of my uncles and grandfathers are above 5’11 (mom is 5’4-5’5 dad is 5’6 with stunted childhood growth)

i also dont have any facial hair like barely and i dont think i am clinically low t

if you ever grow tall you should make a growth log post. I grew like 2cm over the summer from 5’9/short 5’10 to like a short 5’11. When did you see the most growth? Did it come with facial hair growth or is it overtime and random? The only thing that changed a lot body wise for me post summer was my zygomatic projection. I can do cardio and get the hollow cheeks looks/good ogee curve look easily now. That’s the only thing i’ve consistently been seeing grow. My summer sleep was also garbage

I don’t really know tbh in the past 2/3 months I have gotten 2 inches taller but previously I think I got 4 inches taller at 13 but I’m unsure.
at 14 I had a really thin mustache and it grew exponentially from 15-16. When I turned 16 I started getting like one random thick hair on my chin a week.

As of August 2nd I started measuring my shin (tibia) femur, frame and feet sizing, Tracking them on my notes. Was thinking of doing something like that but it will take a while.
