its not for everyone and i get that, its more of a health thing than looksmaxxing. but good health indicators are important.

pharmacology is important but i wouldnt leave out another pillar of LM.

even if you dont go on the primal diet, its more about what you dont eat. eating slop is fun, but at least moderation.
