Well you can get omega 3 fats from plant sources like walnuts too, but it's in the form of ALA which has to be converted into DHA in the body. A lot of vegans are deficient. No but it can probably lessen the symptoms. My guess is that it's more important to avoid certain foods, like gluten. Everybody's different so you'll have to try what works for you.so if someone who is autistic and has never eaten fish nor walnuts starts eating those foods they will become normal?
