Who knows how to accurately split a pill into specific doses (aromasin)

I have aromasin which for some reason comes in 37.5mg tablets and this is too much for me since Im not trying to lower my e2 too much so I’m looking to start at like 3mg and work my way up from there but idk how to split the pills perfectly. I’ve considered mixing it into substances but I’m not sure maybe someone does lmk
