Kpop girls are not whales, I’ve been to kpop shows myself so I know that many of them can be and actually are attractive. Zario has a pretty eye area, along with his hair and him being skinny, I’d say he’s a prettyboy for sure. Like you said, he appeals to young women. A cutecel wouldn’t appeal to anyone. Teenage males are usually cutecels because they lack the features that are dimorphic, and as a result have little to no SMV.
