My Assessment of the "model" look in general

He kinda looks like an incel tier model. Looking exactly like a model is not necessarily attractive. For example, female models often look overly masculine with weird faces and long legs, malnourished with unhealth low levels of body fat. The point is that they look "interesting" enough for us to gaze at the clothes they are wearing, not necessarily that they look attractive.

My Crazy Theory that I'm convinced is 100% True

Something else to consider is that male models model clothes for MEN. While female models model clothes for WOMEN. Because of this male models are picked to be more feminine looking and less threatening looking to MEN, and female models are picked to be more masculine looking.

Male models are picked to be more attractive to straight MEN. One a deep subconscious level.

Female models are picked to be more attractive to straight WOMEN. On a deep subconscious level.

This doesn't mean that a male model can't be "hot" to women, or that a "female" model can't be hot to men but just that they are not ideal. I'm talking specifically about runway models, clothes models, accessories models.

The exception would be like a hot guys calendar that's probably made for women, or a hot girls and cars calendar that's made for men, or "booth babes". But these are the exceptions.

I'm still new to this site, and there's lots of great information here but many people might not be fully optimizing correctly if they're trying to look like male models... I mean it's better than looking like a regular slub... but I'm pretty sure many of us are straight guys looking to maximize tinder and bumble matches.

For the gay guys, they'll be fine dating as long as they stay healthy, but they can max out on whatever look they want.

I'm not sure. Maybe it's the lack of emotion in the picture. It could be the yellowish tone... the skin tone just looks off. It could be the bluish purple and blotchyness of his lips. It may be the skin tone combined with the lip color. The dead people I've seen IRL had been dead for a while before I saw them and had turned those colors. Could be something to do with the skin loosing nutrients or dying.

Models have to keep a very low body fat percentage and it's very hard (if possible at all) to get all the nutrients you need with that low level. Especially if he starved himself for that runway shoot. I don't blame him, he's doing very good for his job and doing good achieving that model aesthetic. I had an ex who did some modeling and she told me that a lot of the models eat nothing but lettuce to loose weight. But who knows, it's all pretty subjective.
