It's the eyes, specifically colour of his eyes. To average people (altough the longer you spend here the less you can relate) - light blue eyes are still an extremely desirable feature almost always associated with attractivness.
Light blue eyes like his + above average face = chad appeal.
His bone structure is good, sure, but not on the level of Pitt, mot even close. He has assymetry, facial thirds are all over the place (midface way too short), his forward growth is straight bad, upper maxilla garbage tier.
Still chad appeal. Good front + 1 striking feature is enough
