It's hard to tell whether you or the female filter is more attractive. Male you has a pretty boy aesthetic. Your female filter looks kinda masc but not too masc. Which makes sense given that you're a man. Personally I prefer women with more neotonous features.

Your female filter would definitely slay. I find it hard to judge a man's ability to slay because women appear to place less emphasis on looks than men do and more emphasis on money and status.

I'm going to say 8 for you and 6 for her. Though it's hard for me to judge men as I have specific types. I like masc black dudes and pretty Asian guys. She's not quite my taste in women. And I'm not a fan of big lips personally. I have full lips too. But not that full. Did you get cosmetic enhancement for that?
