the first is when i was 12 or smth and the 2nd is the leanest ive been rn at 16. they are slightly frauded with angles but i think the ascension is evident.

i did bonesmashing and eye training. not claiming that it can change your eye area but i did do it and it lowk worked but it could be just down to the bones developing naturally im not sure.

nah ive got to personally disagree on the bonesmashing part. ive been bonesmashing for months and got quite the bonemass now. for the eye training, i just did like pulling the eyelid upwards and squinting hard. its just hard to describe. just find one on tiktok. again im gonna say that prob wasnt the main reason that my eye area ascended but it could be. i reckon it was just that my bones developed as i grew.

it deffo is man. i have so much more bonemass than people in my class and school. It just makes anyone look 10 times better and more dimorphic
