guy on the left is probably around top 3% facially, you're more so top 30% (of not fat young men), biggest flaws being lips, ipd, ct, midface length. Jaw and chin region looks good.

Can’t really see implants being worthwhile, your maxilla is death tier, horrible flaw, putting implants on top would look either unnatural or unaesthetic (likely both) if you're going to something big, do a lefort 1

I only give ratings in percentages, 'hmtn' means nothing if person a views hmtn as top 30% and person b views it as top 10%. This is why the rating system is complete shit.

Accutane would help, minimally, wouldn’t push the needle much but improvement is improvement.

No. Sorry but your friend will always be better looking, lefort one will give a huge improvement to your side and 3/4, worth doing in your case IMO, but the final result is hard to quantify, just know you won’t be top 3% by western standards.
