I feel like I might have it, had a lot of the signs from a young age and they've progressed with time. I'm not saying I have it, self-diagnosing is for fags.

I'm finally getting evaluated by the mental health association here sometime soon after being on a waiting list for over a year but I wanted to know how it's like for people on the forum who are actually diagnosed.

Doubt I'll get much out of this thread since most of the forum's mental illness is comprised of autism and schizophrenia

Not diagnosed but I've talked to ppl with ocd and she said you just described clinical definition of ocd and i only told them a lil bit

I have this one in cleanness stressing the shit out of me about every molecule giving me a hard time, cortisol spikes from stress and I can’t control it
