There are dozens of major players including national governments, jewish billionaires, white billionaires (that nazis love to ignore), chinese billionaires, arab billionaires, a handful of euro billionaires, the eu, the un, banks and corporations ran by billionaires but are themselves their own faction, etc.
They all collude behind closed doors and engage in espionage all trying to advance their own agendas. The jewish elite (israeli and us government + billionaires) usually stick together but their interests don't always align.

I don't think there's one secret illuminati group trying to achieve some endgame. I think there's dozens of secret cabals that are constantly changing or dissolving because greed/personal interests will always triumph over the collective desire for an illuminati-style world domination.
