this show was so fun man, desmond was a fantastic character and always had the best flashback episodes (only sawyer/locke had better ones imo)

my favourite moment of the show is when sawyer tells jack about meeting his father in sydney or when the man in black tells ben about locke's final thoughts

The best I can explain is that when time shifted the man's (Desmond) brain's got stuck in several places and it would switch from place to place. To get him back to normal he had to interact with someone who existed in all those places that his brain was stuck in, like this girl, for example.

But the story is a lot more interesting. I would recommend you watch it.

I watched primarily for the top tier cinematography. Also I enjoyed mocking people that thought it was totally not going to be wrapped up with some lame purgatory/supernatural story line, and that all the nonsensical coincidences would make sense in the end and would have real world explanations.
