If you want to ascend you can do it - keep coping with "muh it's unsafe" "muh it gives only a few inches".

she gained over a foot

me, she was dwarf, they can do way more than average human due to difference of bones and soft tissue...

if you want to retain functionality then there's obviously going to be a limit, it's common sense.

My guess is that it has more to do with the individuals health prior to LL. If they eat well, are physically fit, flexible without postural problems etc, then I feel like it'd be safe to assume that they would have a more complete recovery when compared to a rotting incel.

No amount of health/fitness will allow you to lengthen a foot. Six inches is the max.

More realisticly 4 inches in total (6cm femur and 4cm tibia)

re-read what I said. I agreed with you. I just think that regardless of the safe limit, an unfit basement dweller would never recover fully even if they lengthened far under the maximum.

Finally i can get to 7'4

Sure bro, good luck with your athletic ability after 6 inches. Guys who did 3 inches on tibias had it hard to recover. Quoting one of LL veterans who did 7cm on tibs.
"I run, do inlines, surf, squat at gym, cycle, swim, fight, race my motorcycle and tries to do acrobatics. It is difficult as hell but I can do it. 35 years old now and I will suffer badly from this surgery in 15-20 years from now."

Everyone on old forums was encouraging such a big amounts but Sysop was scammer and most of other users ended up either crippled with problems or having laughable proportions.

Not to mention that doing 6 inches you will most likely need arm lenghtening, good luck with recovering from all of this. These guys probably need to stretch their legs, arms every morning and running or any other activity is outside their mobility.

Anyways as i said, i have done LL, a lot ppl have done LL... and most, literally most LL veterans dont recommend to go above certain amounts... there are only very few people who are stupid enough to get 6 inches. Get it done by yourself, come back and talk.

Ahh and dr.Giotkas (arguably 3rd the best surgeon for now) has lower limits.

A couple anecdotes don’t really prove your point. Nor does your appeal to your own experience change that Dr. Paley told me six inches could be performed safely. Proportions are another issue.

No such a thing like "safe limit" first... Second as i told there are doctors with lower limits... and i guess when u want to get surgery u just read experiences of other patients... and 90% of them dont recommend to go above certain amount. Couple anecdotes? I could find a lot stuff like that... This that some doctor says he is able to perform 6 inches doesnt mean its necessarily safe. There is no such a thing like "safe amount". Most doctors clearly says, lower = better and safer... Doing 6 inches you will surely sacrifice a lot. Meanwhile doing smart 4 inches and then just frauding with good shoe would surely allow you to do most activities if you put enough effort and dedication into recovery...

Dont need to argue with you, i can even agree with that bullshit "6 inches is safe" if it makes you happy but if i had person whom i love who wanted to undergo with this amount then with all honesty and heart i'd tell him not to just because i care.

Are you fucking retarded she has dwarfism. Her muscles are squished together so LL allows her muscles to spread out like a natural person. A normal person doing LL will have the muscle pulled tighter than it should and that will fuck up their athletic ability. If you really want to do it don't go over 5cm on each section

“There is no such thing as a safe limit”

Wrong. A simple phone call to the doctor of your choice will disprove this. Paley’s limit is six inches, because it’s the most amount of lengthening you can undergo while maintaining a low risk. Of course, the risk is higher than lengthening three inches, but it’s still low, which is why he deems it safe.

"Just dwarfmaxx bro!"

I didn’t know you’ve had this man. I’m considering it, even at my age, if only for the respect. 4 inches would change my life I believe. How are you doing, what was your starting height?

I would be down to do 6 cm LL tbh as I'm a rough 172 cm. Thing is though it's really expensive and I'll probably only have the money when I'm like in my late 20s which is kinda pointless.
