blaming others in general means you lack maturity because you can’t take responsibility for your shit, but in this context it means nothing because it’s not like your parents wanted you to be ugly or autistic or whatever

But always blaming yourself leads to low self-esteem, melancholy, not trusting your own abilities and senses... It's a dangerous route in a long run since it degrades your ego. You have to protect your own ego, it's an engine of ones will to do anything (from my understanding)

Also I was aiming more about who's to blame for one's trash genetics, bad environment or anything you have little control over.
In my case I blame my lack of luck but was interested in other's opinions
