very easy, just replace your one meal with 4 to 5 bananas and walk for 2 hrs at least for 4 days. You will see the result very easily. Bananas might cause you to urinate more tho. So, it is not recommended to eat that much of bananas a day for longterm. You should decrease your bf percentage by being at calorie deficit and hitting the gym and eating good clean non inflammatory diet.

also chewing helps a lot. so bananas are quick ones for debloating cuz of the potassium but you should rather lower your body fat percentage for optimal result

i want to point out that in morocco we eat everything (litterally) with bread, is that a cause of bloating (cuz i saw it contains sodium)?

no, chewing helps if you already have potential. You have not even tried yourself, masseter hypertrophy is goated. yes bananas in the long run is not healthy at such quantity, that's why I recommend him to lower the bf %.

nga wdym, chewing pumps your masseter and creates that ridge for hollowness. It is basic hypertrophy and also increasing the muscle strength also strengthens the bones connected to them.
